Patrick Naulleau

CEO

Patrick Naulleau photo

Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. Following that, he earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Patrick Naulleau began his professional career in 1997 as the Director of The Center for X-Ray Optics (CXRO) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). In 2005, he became an Associate Professor at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany. 

As of 2022, Patrick serves as the CEO of EUV Tech. 

Dave Houser

Dave Houser joined EUV Tech in 2005 bringing a significant wealth of knowledge and experience with him to EUV Tech. Dave currently serves as CTO of EUV Tech. 

Prior to beginning his professional career, Dave attended the University of California, Berkeley.

Chami Perera

COO

Chami Perera photo

Chami Perera first joined EUV Tech in 2012 and brings over 20 years of experience to his role as COO to EUV Tech.

His career began at IBM Consulting (formerly PwC Consulting) in 2000, where he honed his skills as a Principal Consultant for six years.

In 2006, Chami transitioned to Accenture, taking on the role of Solution Architect/Principal Consultant.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Kinetic Global Services, Inc., where he served as Co-founder/Principal Consultant.

Chami holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Rupert Perera

Rupert Perera photo

Rupert Perera is one of two pioneering researchers who founded EUV Tech in 1997, joined by James Underwood while both were employed at the Center for X-Ray Optics (CXRO) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In addition to being a co-founder of EUV Tech, Rupert currently is the company's Chairman of the Board.

Rupert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Peradeniya, his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and his MBA in Management Science from Golden Gate University.

He obtained a Ph.D. in physics, working under Professor Burton Henke, a pioneer in the development and application of EUV and inventor of the first man made EUV light source “Henke Tube.” His thesis work was based on the application and development of EUV and multilayers for chemical analysis.
